Blend of up to 13 varieties, mainly of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Aged in new and second-use French oak barrels. Intense plum red color, with dark purple hues, looks very clean. Powerful yet elegant aromas of red and black fruits. An impressive variety of spices: licorice, pepper, clove, nutmeg and some balsamic notes. Light smoky and toasted hints like coffee and cocoa. Robust in taste, it confirms notes of ripe fruit with a syrup of spices and toast. Medium structured tannin, already balanced with a velvety characteristic. Long and elegant finish. Perfect for pairing with grilled red meats, pasta with tomato ragout or pesto sauce. Accompanies small game hunting meats like roasted pork or hare or rabbit. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Tibouren. The different grape varieties are vinified separately. Color is obtained through contact between the juice and its skins, where natural pigments are found. This maceration typically lasts one night. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled tank between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. Bottled on the property. Bright salmon color. Aromas of peach and raspberry.
