   The Boss arrives to complement the Matsu family. Discover this great white wine from Toro, made with Malvasía grapes.

   Straw yellow color, of medium intensity, very bright with grayish tinges.

   Of great complexity, notes of vanilla and ripe pip fruits stand out, accompanied by creamy notes. It is complemented by slight aniseed hints, reflecting a nose harmonized by its aging in vats, with a sweet character and great diversity of nuances. On the palate: A very enveloping and glyceric wine, with a lot of creaminess and very pleasant. At the same time, it has good acidity, resulting in a very balanced and elegant wine. Very pleasant on the palate, where sweet nuances and a fine texture stand out, increasing its complexity and richness.

   Pairs well with soft cooked cheese, tapas with cured meats, grilled red meats, cod empanadas a la vizcaína, and tomato-based dishes.
