       Albariño.

       D.O. Rías Baixas, Cambados, Galicia. Spain.

       Very light yellow color with greenish hues, clean and crystalline. A slight presence of carbonic bubbles can be seen adhering to the glass.

       Clean, very attractive aroma, fruity character with notes of apple, peach, and almond. With some herbal hints of laurel and citrus notes of lime peel. On the palate, it is a fresh, vivid wine. Nervous acidity that supports the broad notes of ripe white fruit with slight bitter hints. Essentially, it is light to the touch but very dynamic due to its citrus presence that recalls the freshness of the valley where it was born.

       Ideal as an aperitif. It pairs excellently with all kinds of shellfish (oysters, mussels), prawns, shrimp, for example with garlic, squid in its ink; barnacles in papillote, Norway lobsters, seafood pasta, various rice dishes, and of course, rather fresh and acidic cheeses.
