Albariño.
The wine has been kept with its fine lees until bottling, which are periodically stirred to keep them in suspension, thus adding complexity to the wine.
Yellow color with greenish highlights, clean and bright.
It stands out for its wide and frank intensity on the nose, highlighting the varietal aromas typical of the Albariño grape, such as ripe apple and pear, stone fruit, apricot, and a notable citrus background. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and structured, with very well-integrated acidity. The aftertaste is long-lasting, with hints of exotic fruits like lychee.
Perfect to enjoy with any appetizer. Ideal companion for seafood and fish, as well as salads, fish-based rice dishes, poultry, fresh cheeses, etc. Also perfect in combination with Asian dishes such as sushi or sashimi.
