Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Barrel aged for 12 months.
Deep, intense ruby red color with slight violet reflections. Clean, bright, and full-bodied.
It presents very complex aromas, highlighting those of ripe red fruits (cherries, plums, strawberries, blackberries, and currants), hints of licorice, mint, dark chocolate, black pepper, and creamy wood notes. Great concentration, well-dressed, with a distinctive and balanced style, endowed with character, richness, and complexity. Mature and well-balanced tannins. Harmonious and complex from start to finish, leaving a long and attractive finish on the palate.
Pairs very well with dishes of seasoned red meats, grilled or stewed, game (both large and small), mushroom stews, charcuterie, roast lamb, roast suckling pig, goulash, liver, ragout, turkey, chicken, kidneys, sausages, and semi-cured cheeses."
