        Intense and bright cherry color, with blue, red, and pink tones, with well-integrated tears.

        Floral and red fruit aromas: violets, lavender, rosemary, pepper, and mint. Notes of red currant and blueberries. Spicy flavors at the beginning, soft but marked tannins, medium acidity and volume, notes of red fruits and a very pleasant finish.

        Ideal with roasted vegetables, pasta with spicy sauces and seasoned meats, game meats or pork. Aged cheeses, chocolate desserts.
