   Cabernet Sauvignon.

   Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, 70% of the wine aged in American oak for 10 months.

   Intense ruby red color with violet reflections, clean and bright.

  Intense and fragrant nose with fruity nuances reminiscent of cassis, stewed plum, and raspberries. Accompanied by earthy tones, vanilla, and toasted oak (smoke). Balsamic notes (forest and black pepper) that highlight its origin and aging. Tasty on the palate, full of ripe fruit with spicy hints and a finish of toasted wood. The tannins are vigorous and well-integrated, giving it a generous and warm body.

   This versatile wine pairs well with pastas with spicy red sauce and aged cheeses like Emmental and Brie. It also complements grilled meats and dishes with certain reductions and spices.
