       Red color tinged with deep violet with very bright purple reflections, clean and shiny.

       It shows a powerful range of fruity character highlighting ripe plums, blackberries, and strawberries. With some balsamic memories, wet earth, and mint leaf. On the palate, it has a good attack with fruit intensity and good balance. Its tannins are sweet and express the typical flavor of ripe cabernet, with memories of blackcurrant. It is fresh and solid. “A very versatile wine in pairing as it accompanies spicy pastas, lasagna with meat and various cheeses equally well.

     A very adaptable table wine as it has the structure of cabernet, but its freshness and liveliness put it at the level of simple gastronomy in preparation; just a grilled beef cut is enough to make a good pairing.
