      Deep ruby/purple color with black secondary color, lighter towards the edge with moderate viscosity and slow formation, moderately stained tears.

      Very aromatic and complex with ripe black cherry and cassis fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, and licorice spices with notes of sweet tobacco, cedar, leather, and camphor. Full-bodied with ripe black cherry and blackcurrant fruit complemented by baked spices and oak notes on the entry.

      Try it with herb-crusted roast lamb, grilled ribeye steak, or delicious cheeseburgers.
