Vino Blanco | Chenin Blanc Old Vines Yakima Valley | L’Ecole No. 41
Chenin Blanc.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Bright pale yellow with greenish highlights.
It presents a vibrant nose with notes of stone fruits like apricot and peach, accompanied by subtle citrus aromas of lemon and lime. Floral and honey undertones are also perceived. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced. The flavors of tropical fruits like pineapple and guava combine with notes of green apple and pear.
