Chardonnay.
30% aged in oak barrels and 70% in tanks.
Light straw yellow with green hues, clean and bright structure.
Intense and pleasant aromatic body, highlighting citrus fruits such as grapefruit, with a clear reminiscence of melon and apples over hints of honey and banana. On the palate, a frank and complete attack, with great balance in its dry flavor and fresh acidity, resulting in a creamy and firm texture. Its ripe fruit flavors and buttery finish confirm the characteristic of New World Chardonnay, rich and full-bodied.
Excellent as an aperitif as well as with dishes with mild seasonings, fish and shellfish in general, oysters, and poultry with creamy sauces, chicken (excellent with tarragon), grilled cactus salad, egg and cheese tortilla, soft cheeses in general.
