Aged for 2 months.    Pale straw color with greenish reflections.    High fresh aromas of citrus and passion fruit with delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is citrusy with concentrated fresh peach and a hint of herbaceousness. This wine has a fresh and zesty palate with very bright fruit and well-balanced acidity.    Pairs well with chicken and pork, creamy pasta, seafood, and salads.    South Eastern.     Australia.
