Sangiovese Grosso.
Aged for 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels and 4 months in the bottle.
Ruby red color tending towards garnet.
Elegant on the nose, balanced with intense and refined aromas that harmonize with the fruity and spicy notes typical of Sangiovese grapes. A good combination of power and elegance. The tannic structure is present, full, with lively acidity. A sense of finesse with a powerful, long, and fruity aftertaste.
Perfect with roasted or grilled red meats, game such as wild boar and venison, pasta dishes with rich sauces like meat ragù, mushroom risottos, aged cheeses like pecorino and parmigiano reggiano, and traditional Tuscan stews.
Brunello Di Montalcino, Toscana.
