An elegant wine characterized by floral and fruity notes such as violets, cherries, raspberries, and slightly stewed blackberries, with hints of tobacco, clove, and white pepper. The delicate silkiness of this wine perfectly combines with the smooth and elegant tannins, reaffirming the stewed black fruits. It has a long finish with mineral notes.
Recommended with spicy and slightly fatty dishes such as pollo al pibil, cold cut pizza, pasta Bolognese, panuchos, melted cheese with sausages, or carnitas.
