Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada.    Aging for 18 to 24 months in the bottle.    Pale straw yellow, bright.    Fine, very abundant, and persistent bubbles; good crown, frank, elegant, and harmonious on the nose with citrus notes. Very lively on the palate; full of flavors, balanced, with very well-integrated carbonation and a pleasant finish.    Pairs well with appetizers, seafood, white meats, and game dishes.    D.O.
