Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (60%) and American oak barrels (40%). The barrels consist of 25% new barrels, 25% two-year-old barrels, 25% three-year-old barrels, and 25% barrels up to four years old.

On the nose, it stands out with aromas of fresh red fruit, complemented by spicy notes and gentle toasting that provide depth. Long, persistent, and intense on the palate. Its juicy tannins blend smoothly into a friendly texture. A wine for pure enjoyment.
Pairs well with cheeses, tomato-based pasta dishes, roasts, empanadas, and eggplant lasagna.
