Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc.
24 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
Deep cherry-red color with violet hues, it is a very clean and bright wine.
Extremely elegant aromas, with notes of ripe red and black fruit such as cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, blackberries, and dried plums, fine aromas of tobacco, chocolate, spices like pepper and cinnamon with a pleasant floral finish that the varietal contributes. On the palate, it has a high attack, high astringency that blends perfectly with balanced acidity, present alcohol, and a prolonged aftertaste.
It pairs excellently with wood-fired grilled cuts, game meat, spicy pastas, moles, and mature cheeses.
