Dolcetto.
The harvest of Oddero Dolcetto D'Alba is done manually to select the best clusters in the field. Once in the winery, it ferments for about 12 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ruby red color with violet reflections.
It has a vinous aroma with fruity hints. On the palate, it is dry, has good body, and finishes with a pleasantly bitter touch.
Perfect with roasted meat or as an aperitif.
