Cabernet Sauvignon.
No oak.
In appearance, this wine has an intense ruby red color with violet hues, essentially reflecting freshness and youthfulness.
On the nose, it reminds us of aromas of red fruits such as blackberries, plums, and strawberries. It also brings notes of damp earth, with a herbal background, the classic typicity of pepper with very soft spices, and an aromatic touch of caramel. Entry on the palate with good attack and a smooth, very pleasant tannic sensation, medium-bodied, full of red fruit, balanced, and with a light persistence in the mouth.
Due to its straightforward fruitiness, it is very easy to drink, although the typicity of the variety opens up its harmonization spectrum well. It pairs well with moderately seasoned pastas, red meat barbecues, and not very aged cheeses such as Gouda, Camembert, or fresh Murcia.
