These are the fine white wines of France, originating from limestone soils also known as Kimmeridgian, containing remnants of fossilized shells, a terroir formula that has shaped the unique flavor and aroma of Chablis wines.    Pale golden yellow with slight green tones, bright, and with a crystalline body.    Fresh and delicate aroma reminiscent of green apple, with floral hints of honey and almond, and subtle notes of fresh butter. Underlying mineral notes of flint. It expresses itself on the palate with a gentle acidity that is lively yet precise. Confirms notes of apple and citrus.
