Pinot Noir.
Aged in barrel for 14 months, 40% new oak.
Clear and bright cherry red color.
Distinguished and complex, slightly woody, with notes of vanilla and red and black fruits (blackcurrants, raspberries, and Morello cherries). Animal notes of musk and fur. Full-bodied, with aging potential, long and persistent. As the wine develops, the presence of red fruits is confirmed, with an underlying structure of licorice.
Structured dishes like lamb, bœuf bourguignon, or coq au vin, and mature cheeses.
