Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay.    This Champagne is made from grapes sourced from over 100 carefully selected crus, aiming to achieve a tremendously expressive sparkling wine. Aged on lees for 30 months.    Light yellow color with golden highlights.    Very fine and persistent bubbles, thanks to prolonged maturation in the cellar. It exhibits a high aromatic intensity, where predominant notes of fresh fruit such as pear and apple, citrus like lime and grapefruit blend perfectly with aromas of pastry and toasted bread. It has a creamy sensation and an extraordinary balance between its components.    Ideal with fresh oysters, poultry, white fish, Iberian ham, semi-mature cheeses, mole dishes, and spicy Mexican cuisine.    Champagne.     France.
