Crafted with four unique lots from grower partners in the southern end of Napa Valley. Fermenting in French Oak barrels and judicious use of malolactic fermentation leads to a lush. 8 months in French Oak (30% New). Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Gris
Pale yellow with golden highlights.
Creamy texture with mid-palate weight while keeping the wine refreshingly bright, balanced and fruit- forward. Aromas of baked pear, crème brûlée, and candied orange are complemented by pie crust and baking spice.
Pairs well with clam ceviche, sole tiradito, clam chowder, Margherita pizza, mixed lettuce salad with citrus vinaigrette with a touch of honey.
