Color is obtained through contact between the juice and its skins, where natural pigments are found. This maceration typically lasts one night. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled tank between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. Bottled on the property.    Bright salmon color.    Aromas of peach and raspberry.
