Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Tibouren.
The different grape varieties are vinified separately. Color is obtained through contact between the juice and its skins, where natural pigments are found. This maceration typically lasts one night. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled tank between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. Bottled on the property.
Bright salmon color.
Aromas of peach and raspberry. Very pleasant acidity and freshness, with a predominance of red fruits.
Perfect paired with appetizers, tomatoes or salads, and other Mediterranean dishes.
