Tempranillo and Syrah.     Aged for 10 to 12 months in first-use French oak barrels.     It exhibits a cherry-red color, clean and bright, with a medium-high intensity.    Prominent aromas of ripe red fruits such as plum and blueberries are highlighted, along with toasted notes of cocoa and hints of violets, pepper, and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine presents a balanced acidity, a dense mass of ripe tannins, and a long finish with mineral, coffee, smoke, and balsamic notes.     Ideal pairings include cuts of meat, dishes with fresh spices, Gorgonzola and Camembert cheese, and dark chocolate.     Ensenada, Baja California.      México.
