In the background, there are mineral notes. On the palate, it is very fresh and fruity, confirming the aromas found on the nose. The secondary fermentation helps transform the Chardonnay variety into a very attractive and aromatic wine with a pleasant and sweet aftertaste. Very pleasant bubbles on the palate.
