Light straw yellow, with soft green reflections.
It presents citrus aromas, green apple, with a touch of tropical fruits, mango, yeast notes, and butter. On the palate, it is fresh, with good acidity, good aromatic persistence with a complex finish and a touch of bitterness.
It is recommended to pair with caviar, lobster, seafood, shellfish, fish, and oysters.
