Nebbiolo.
24 months in large Slovenian oak barrels.
It presents an intense garnet red with pink reflections.
On the nose, it has an intense fruity aroma reminiscent of raspberries, jam, and violets, giving an ethereal sensation accompanied by sweet spicy notes and touches of cocoa. On the palate, Autinbej is warm, long, persistent, and slightly tannic with a fruity aftertaste.
This wine traditionally pairs with red meats, but its structure and fruity intensity also make it ideal for accompanying grilled or fried duck or pork. Additionally, it pairs very well with sweet and sour or spicy sauces.
