Blend.
24 months of aging in French and American oak barrels.
Plum-red wine with violet hues. It clings to and paints the glass wall, very attractive.
On the nose, it is very expressive, with concentrated maturity and finesse. Red fruits such as plum and other berries predominate, with aromas of terroir, balsamic notes, and fine barrel toasting, a bit of chocolate and new oak. On the palate: A very complete wine, it can be described as opulent and creamy, with tamed tannins and a prolonged finish with mineral echoes. Truly long in the aftertaste.
Due to its structured body and concentrated ripe fruit, it achieves perfect harmony with protein and oily dishes, from stewed or grilled red meats to varied legume stews and casseroles. Fatty and medium-aged cheeses are ideal.
