Albariño.    Paco & Lola is a young and modern winery, committed to a different way of making and experiencing wine.    Bright and clean straw yellow color with slight greenish hues.    Clean and very attractive nose of lemon, green apple, and basil. There is also a hint of peach with white flowers. A very bright wine in acidity, citrusy and fresh, with a barely detectable touch of playful carbonic bubble. It is creamy on the palate with fruit reminiscences. Simple finish of appropriate length. Ideal as an aperitif.    Excellent with all types of shellfish (oysters, mussels), or with lobster, garlic shrimp, squid in their ink; barnacles in papillote, langoustines, pasta with fish, rice dishes, and fresh cheeses with good acidity."    D.O.
