      100% Pinot Noir, aged for 10 months in French oak.

      Of medium depth, with a medium-high apparent density, ruby red with orange reflections.

      Aromas of red fruits such as cherries and red currants, complemented by hints of spices like black pepper and bay leaf. Toasty barrel notes, such as smoke and oak, also highlight elements of damp earth, terroir, and truffles. A silky wine, medium-bodied, with a deep and very enveloping flavor. Good persistence.

      This wine pairs well with any type of grilled poultry, including duck; it is also excellent with lamb in its juices; with a variety of pastas, especially combined with dominant wild mushrooms; some fish such as tuna or salmon; and in meat dishes with ginger, aniseed, and fennel intervention.
