Red Wine | Valdubón Roble | Valdubón

$571

   Tempranillo.

The category of “roble” wines is a special designation for young wines that are aged for a short period in barrels, usually between 4 and 6 months. The characteristic remains fruity and fresh, but the influence of the barrel is often very notable.

Intense ruby red with violet (mauve) highlights, clean and bright.

Subtle, with nuances of black fruits, notes of oak. Some spices like thyme, hints of underbrush, and vanilla. Great balance, medium body, and well-shaped tannins, combining fruitiness and oak aging. Elegant finish with persistence.

Pairs well with red meat dishes, roast lamb, chicken in all its preparations, and semi-cured cheeses.

   Ribera Del Duero.

    Spain.
