      Deep red.

       This wine tends to offer a complex and expressive nose, with aromas of ripe black fruits such as plum, black cherry, and cassis. Notes of vanilla, cedar, tobacco, and sweet spices from its aging in oak may also be present. On the palate, it is usually rich and structured, with firm but well-integrated tannins. Flavors of black and red fruits stand out, along with notes of vanilla, chocolate, and toasted oak. It may have a balanced acidity that provides freshness and a long, persistent finish.

       The Hess Allomi Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with a variety of dishes, including roasted or grilled red meats, lamb, stews, and strong cheeses.
