$1,838

       Pinot Noir.

Aged for 10 months in 35-36% new oak barrels: a mix of multiple barrels from 13 different coopers.

        Bright and attractive ruby color.

On the nose, it offers a complex range of aromas, highlighting fresh red fruits like cherries, raspberries, and strawberries. Subtle floral notes, gentle spices like cinnamon and clove, and earthy touches that add depth can also be detected. On the palate, the wine shows a perfect balance between acidity and soft tannins. The red fruit flavors are combined with hints of vanilla, licorice, and a slight touch of oak. As it evolves on the palate, notes of black tea and minerals can be detected.

Poultry, fatty fish like salmon, roasted pork, mushrooms, and dishes with light sauces. It is also an excellent choice to accompany soft cheeses and charcuterie.

     Sonoma Coast, California.

      United States.
